Inscription:  (On wheel rim:) KOSS - 88' signed Description:  An abstract sculpture made up of a continuous row of square glass slabs which rest upon a long graceful arch of steel. One end of the steel arch rests on the sidewalk and the other end curves up and away from the sidewalk, partially supported by a heavy welded steel wheel. Neon light tubes run through the center of the slabs. The sculpture rests on a painted concrete rectangular slab.
