    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was the first piece commissioned as part of the Community Redevelopment Agency's One Percent for the Arts, Art in Public Places Program. Funded by Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, owner of Union Bank Square. IAS files contain transcription on adjacent plaque and a CRDA inventory sheet dated Nov. 5, 1985.
