    Remarks:
IAS files contain related excerpt from James M. Rupp's "Art in Seattle's Public Places," Seattle: Univ. of Washington Press, 1992, pg. 143. Murals were commissioned for the First Hill Medical Building when it was built in 1988. Incoming SOS! report identifies the sculptural medium as a type of cast stone with polymer or plastic coating; Rupp's text lists media as fired brick.
