Digital Reference:  Medium:  Relief and tiles: stoneware; Frame and legs: pressure-treated marine plywood. Dimensions:  Relief: approx. 24 1/2 x 74 x 3/4 in.; Frame and legs: approx. 71 x 76 x 5 in. Inscription:  Kemp '96 signed Description:  A blue and white rectangular relief depicting a school of herring swimming in the currents. Below the relief are forty-eight blue and white commemorative tiles laid out twelve across and four down. The relief and tile section are installed in a wooden frame which is supported by three wooden legs. Three additional commemorative tiles are attached to the lower front edge of the frame.
