    Description:
Decorative relief elements on the building can be found in the capitals of pilasters, cornice and architrave. There are two cartouche designs, within which stands a figure holding a banner. The figure wears a cape, tunic and boots and is climbing up stone-like steps. The banner reads "Advance." Flanking the entrance are identical medallions with the letter "A" in the center. Two semi-nude figures are curved around the top half of each medallion. The torsos can be seen, but their lower bodies morph into a stylized leaf motif.
