This / fountain celebrates the people of Hot Springs Village, / whose generosity and good deeds led President / George H. Bush to name our village the country's only "1,000 Points of Light" volunteer community." / Dedicated this 25the day of April 2000.
Description:
The sculptural element is a vertical metal framework with horizontal elements protruding from all four sides at regular intervals, a theme often seen in the artist's work. The sculpture is installed in a circular fountain basin made of fieldstone.
