St. Bede the Venerable unsigned Description:  Heroic full-length limestone figure of St. Bede. He wears a monk's habit and cowl. In his proper right hand he holds a quill; in his proper left hand he holds a book. The sculpture stands on a limestone block base and is set in a recessed niche on the side of a building.
