    Description: 
    A two tiered fountain topped by a bare-breasted female figure representing Hebe, the Greek Goddess of Youth. She holds a wine goblet in her raised proper left hand and a pitcher in her raised proper right hand. Four naked cherubs are perched around the rim of the second tier. Beneath the second tier are two swans and four little children. The fountain is installed in the center of a large circular basin.

Maintenance Staff/Restoration project funded by/State of Michigan,/M.V.F. Board of Managers and/Contribution from Community Supporters. The inscription on another nearby plaque reads: HISTORIC/LANDMARK/No. 58/HEBE FOUNTAIN/1893/GRAND RAPIDS HISTORIC/PRESERVATION COMMISSION.
