    Description: 
    Portrait of the two young Crenshaw sisters in a landscape, one seated on a rock and the other standing beside her, with a winding river in the background. The seated Crenshaw sister wears a white off-the-shoulder dress, her hands resting in her lap, and her gaze directed down to the right. The sister standing beside her on the right wears a pink off-the shoulder dress, her body facing almost forward, and her gaze directed toward the viewer. Both sisters have brown hair parted in the middle with long ringlets falling across their shoulders. The sister in pink carries a small basket of wild flowers over her left arm, and the sister in white holds a small bouquet of wild flowers in her lap.

    Remarks: 
    The painting was found near Montgomery, Alabama more than fifty years ago according to Edward Pattillo. The painting was unlocated from 2012-2013. A very possible artist attribution is William James Hubard.
