    Description: 
    Figure of a soldier holding a M-16 rifle, kneeling down in front of a M-1 rifle stuck in the ground and capped by a helmet. The bronze sculpture is set atop an octagonal base with memorial inscriptions and Victorville seal. The memorial is placed in a circular paved setting with surrounding benches and flagpoles.
