    Remarks:
Funded with a National Endowment for the Arts, Art in Public Places grant of $25,000 given in 1991 to the University of Nebraska. Additional funding was provided by the State's One Percent for Art Program. The work was commissioned for $105,000. The form, title, and many elements of the work are derived from a Medieval mystery play, whose purpose was to use the power of the arts to purify the human spirit. The overall design of the amphitheater reflects the structure of the Fine Arts Building. IAS files contain related press release, and articles from Gateway (University of Nebraska at Omaha) vol 92, issue 65, July 16, 1993; and Omaha World-Herald (NE), Sept. 20, 1992, pg. 14.
