, Terry Dinan, John Wittenberg, Bob Vesely and students from the University of Vermont. Funding provided by a National Endowment for the Arts, Art in Public Places grant of $3,000 given in 1974, to the University of Vermont, with matching funds raised by the congregation of St. Paul's Cathedral, the Episcopal Church, and other local business and community members.
