Inscription:  unsigned Description:  A bronze sculpture of a man sitting on a low concrete wall before the tiered waterfall of a fountain. He leans over to feed a pigeon by his feet. He wears a well-worn, wide-brimmed hat and a jacket. A bedroll rests on top of the wall on his proper right side. The pigeon has been stolen and recast at least three times; each time it has been set a little further down into the concrete.
