Description:
A bartender from the turn of the 20th Century with a handlebar moustache stands wearing a vest, apron, and sleeves rolled to the elbows. He holds a mug in his bent proper left hand, wiping it with a rag held in his proper right hand. The sculpture is set on a brick walkway.

Remarks:
Keeney's Alley has always been a spot for saloons. Life cast was made by Kim Crowley of Sculpture Basis. The sculpture was installed by Ted Chatham of Chatham Art Services. IAS files contain a newspaper article from The Atlanta Journal-The Atlanta Constitution, June 25, 1989, pg. L1, L5.
