    Description: 
    A two-piece fiberglass sculpture depicting a dancing bear and a man from the Underground Atlanta era. The man wears a wide-brimmed hat and a jacket and holds a chain in his proper right hand that extends over to the bear's neck. The bear stands on his hind legs, his proper front right paw raised, as if waving. The sculpture is set on a brick walkway.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture commemorates the time when the area around the railroads was a rowdy section, known as Humburg Square, filled with street vendors and entertainers. Life casts were made by Kim Crowley of Sculpture Basis. The sculpture was installed by Ted Chatham of Chatham Art Services.
