Description:
Figure of a World War I soldier in full uniform standing at parade rest. He holds a rifle in his proper right hand. The rifle butt rests on the base beside his proper left foot. His uniform includes a helmet with a chin strap, trousers with baggy upper legs and wrapped calfs. He also wears a belt with various pouches attached. Figure is placed atop tall shaft.

Nearby plaque reads: THIS MEMORIAL DEDICATED TO/ALL VETERANS OF CLARK/COUNTY AND TO THOSE WHO/WILL COME AFTER US FOR/THEIR SERVICE TO GOD/AND COUNTRY./THEY GAVE THE/SUPREME SACRIFICE/WORLD WAR II/(List of names)/KOREAN WAR/(List of names)/VIETNAM WAR.
