Description:
Frank Hibbing stands with his proper left foot forward and resting on a raised, rock-like form. He holds a pickax in his proper left hand. The head of the pickax sits to the proper left side of his proper left foot. His proper right arm is bent at the elbow and his proper right hand is clenched against his proper right hip. The figure has a backpack on his back and is wearing knee-high boots, pants, shirt, and a hat.
