Full-length bronze figure of a woman with a scarf billowing in the wind behind her. She holds the ends of the scarf with both hands; her proper left hand is raised in the air, her proper right hand is near her side. Her hair billows behind her in the direction of the "wind". The sculpture stands on a square stone base.
