    Description: 
    A seated female angel, her wings folded behind her, her proper left arm extended alongside her raised and bent proper left leg, and an arrow gripped in her proper left hand. Her proper right leg is folded beneath her, her proper right hand is resting against it and gripping a wreath adorned with carnations. She looks into a distance with a slight smile on her face.

    Remarks: 
    The angel sculpture honors Cindy Coates Miller, the Arkansas representative of the Roy and Christine Sturgis Charitable and Educational Trust for over 20 years, who died in 2013. The angel sculpture in Clinton Presidential Park on the river trail east of the pedestrian bridge, also named in her honor, were dedicted on April 21, 2017. The sculpture was paid for by friends of Miller.
