Inscription:  (On east face of base in bronze:) VIETNAM/1961-1973 (On west face of base in bronze:) KOREA/1950-1953 (On north face of base on plaque:) "WE REMEMBER, WE CARE"/NOVEMBER 11, 1986/COMMEMORATED BY/KOREA-VIETNAM/MEMORIAL COMMITTEE (On south face of base on plaque:) "WE MOURN THE FALLEN,/WE GRIEVE FOR THE MISSING,/WE CELEBRATE THE RETURN OF/OUR VALIANT MEN AND WOMEN." Description:  Life-size full-length figures of two soldiers standing on a plinth that rests on a two-stage base. The figure facing west is dressed in Korean War era military attire and has a rifle slung over his proper left shoulder. The figure facing east is dressed in Vietnam War era military attire and holds a machine gun in his proper right hand.
