    Remarks:
Commissioned by the State Art in Public Places Program of the Colorado Council on the Arts and Humanities, funded by One Percent for Works of Art in Public Places. The sculpture cost $40,000, and was part of a renovation project for Cellhouses 1 and 7 of the Correctional Facility. Ralph Taylor assisted in the fabrication of the sculpture. After the sculpture was installed, the guards found the lights at night were distracting; as a result, lights are turned on only on holidays.
