Formerly located St. Olaf's Roman Catholic Church, Minneapolis, Minnesota
    Remarks:
St. Kateri Tekakwitha was a Mohawk Indian who converted to Christianity and was beatified by Pope John Paul II on June 22, 1980. The sculpture was received as a gift from St. Olaf's Roman Catholic Church, when their new building was erected. IAS files contain an article from the St. Cloud Visitor, July 2, 1987; and a handwritten note which indicates sculpture may have been damaged by fire at St. Olaf's and the head replaced.
