    Remarks: 
    "Seal Girl" was made for the 1939-1940 New York World's Fair, but it is uncertain whether this is the original sculpture or a second casting. Sculpture was formerly in the artist's garden at his home in Melrose Park, Pennsylvania. A nearby plaque reads: The/Bertha and Boris Blai/Sculpture Garden/Named on this day, September 13, 1994/to recognize the gifts from their daughters,/Dr. Ruth Leventhal and Dr. Anita Simon.
