    Description: 
    A bust-length relief portrait of Colonel Green B. Raum in military uniform, wearing a mustache and beard. The portrait is placed above an inscription, and a decorated border surrounds the relief plaque and separates the inscription from the portrait. The relief plaque is affixed to the upper section of a two-sectioned base, placed on top of a foundation.

    Commemorates Civil War Colonel Green B. Raum. Erected by the federal government. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 03424). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Bronze cost $222.50 paide by Federal Government.
