Description:
A relief portrait, bust-length, of Colonel Arthur E. Reynolds. He wears a uniform, but no hat. He has a full beard and moustache. The relief is on a granite stele on a low rectangular base.

Remarks:
Cost of bronze was $247.50 and was paid for by the federal government. Monument is located on land that was formerly property of the Vicksburg National Military Park. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 03427). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Bronze cost $247.50 paid by Federal Government.
