Inscription:  unsigned Description:  A large yellow and white double protractor shape, of a continuous line and thickness, placed atop a concrete foundation. One protractor is vertical forming an arch, and the other is horizontal on the ground. The symposium was sponsored by the non-profit organization "Art For The Cities, Inc." Total cost of all projects was $40,000.
