    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned under Baltimore City's Percent for Art Program. The school, originally known as the Westside Skill Center when it was completed in 1982, was designed by David McCracken of Basco Associates of Baltimore. The artist was selected by Basco Associates. In 1991, the sculpture was designated by the Mayor's Committee on Art and Culture for future conservation and maintenance.
