Description:
A figure of a Union soldier stands and holds a flag which is furled over proper left shoulder. He holds the flag with his proper left hand. His proper right is down by his side and holds a sword pointing downward. His proper right leg is slightly forward and rests against a tree stump. He wears a military uniform and cap.
