Fountain: steel, bronze covered with gold leaf; Base: concrete.

Two identical fountains installed in the waters of Lake Washington approximately twenty feet from the Evergreen Point floating bridge. Each has four steel, tubular, prong-like columns, splayed at the bottom and coming together at the top where they are bound together by flat pieces of metal. A set of two gold-colored, fluted and curved windmill arms, one above the other, rotate in different directions with the wind. Each fountain is mounted on a square base which supports a concrete platform from which 8 foot-high streams of water shoot up.
