    AMERICAN ART BRONZE Foundry (Base:) "1922 As The TRUE Exemplars of the Spirit of America And BRAVE DEFENDERS of Christian Civilization, Edgewood has here Recorded in everlasting Bronze the Names of those Who Honored Her and for themselves won far Renown in the service of their Country. 1917-1918: "Faithful Even Unto Death" (Four bronze plaques on base list the names of the Honor Roll) unsigned Founder's mark appears.
    Description: 
    World War I soldier in uniform stands at ease with his proper right hand resting on his proper right hip. His proper left hand rests on the barrel of his rifle, the butt of which rests on the ground between his feet. He stands atop an octagonal, multitiered base with inscriptions and tablets.
