    Description: 
    Portrait of C. W. Post, 1854-1914, depicted in late middle-age, sitting in an armchair with his legs crossed. He wears a double-breasted, thigh-length coat and a necktie. Material is draped over the back of the armchair, partially covering it. The sculpture is mounted on a multitiered, rectangular base, with a relief of a wreath, decorated with a bow toward the top, and an incised inscription. The sculpture is placed in a planted setting.
