    Remarks: 
    The Enoch Pratt Library's Maryland Room, contains additional information on this sculpture. This piece was one of four artworks commissioned by the Department of Housing and Community Development for the city's new redevelopment project known as Harbor Place. IBM placed forty thousand dollars in an interest account for maintenance of this piece. The inscription on a nearby plaque reads: "Red Bouyant"/Mary Ann Mears Sculptor/Commissioned by City of Baltimore 1978/William Donald Schaefer Mayor
    Condition: 
    Surveyed 1992 September. Well maintained.
