Outdoor Wall Mosaic. Outdoor Wall Mosaic was created by Lois Anderson, an assemblage artist who lives in Marin County California. Using tiles, glass and metal pieces as well as buttons and some jewelry, the pieces were glued onto the shape in geometric patterns and coated with a clear acrylic cover in layers. Outdoor Wall Mosaic was commissioned by the San Francisco Arts Commission in conjunction with the Recreation and Park Departments 1987 building renovation, funded by Open Space Acquisition and Park Renovation fund."
