    Description: 
    Standing full-length portrait of Florence Nightingale. She wears a long, flowing gown and a nurse's cap. Her hair is pulled back under her cap. She holds an oil lamp in her proper right hand; her proper left hand is lifted to protect the lamp's flame. The stone sculpture stands on a stucco base.
