The figure on the left is a portrait of George Rogers Clark. He wears pioneer dress and holds his proper right arm across his chest. A tree stump stands to his proper left. The figure in the niche on the right is of a Union soldier. He wears a uniform and holds a rifle. Located on the south side of the building is the classical figure of Justice. She holds scales in her proper right hand and a sword over her proper left shoulder. The figure stands in a niche. Above the niche are reliefs of sheafs of wheat and scales of justice. The building was remodeled in 1928 and restored in 1973. Above the right relief on the west side of the building is the name "M. Muldoon & Co., Louisville".
