    Description:
A high relief limestone eagle is mounted in the pediment on the front of a free-standing columned structure. The eagle has its head turned to the proper right and its wings fully spread and arched upward. The eagle's feet rest on scrolls with elaborately stylized oak branches extending out from each side. A second, identical eagle, is located in the pediment on the back of the structure. The structure consists of a vaulted roof with pediments on two sides. The roof is supported by two rows of four columns each. A multi-stepped platform extends from the front of the structure and long, brick-walled platforms extend from either side of it.
