Description:
Thirteen limestone relief panels decorate two sides of a building. On one side are: a biplane with house, tree and sun; a dirigible; the Indianapolis Soldiers' and Sailors' monument (depicted twice); a second dirigible, and a second biplane. On the Market Street side of the building are: an old car with three windows (depicted twice); a dirigible; the statehouse building (depicted twice); an eagle; and a biplane. Each relief panel is encircled with leaf wreaths and scrollwork.
