Limestone bas-relief panel mounted on the side of a building. The panel depicts several figures, both male and female. At the bottom right corner of the panel is a mother holding an infant; to the left are a school-aged boy and girl in proper left profile facing a graduate wearing a cap and gown. Standing behind the graduate is a workman holding a wrench in his proper right hand. Above the graduate are a man and woman standing arm-in-arm near the top of the panel. In the upper right corner of the panel is a gear, in the upper left corner is a sheaf of wheat.
