Description:
A standing portrait of Phoenix Iron Company president David Reeves holding a cane in his proper right hand and a hat in his proper left hand. The sculpture rests on a square base adorned with decorative carving around the top. A metal fence surrounds the sculpture.

A fabricator's mark is visible on the upper front portion of the base, but due to the fence around the sculpture, the SOS! surveyor could not get close enough to see it clearly.
