    Description: 
    A war memorial consisting of a bronze cross with a bronze cartridge belt hanging over the left arm, and a pair of worn leather combat boots hanging by their laces over the right arm. A bronze helmet hangs on top of the vertical part of the cross. The sculpture is mounted on a rectangular, limestone base with a granite cap. Two upright limestone plaques are mounted on top of the base on either side of the cross.
