Description:
Abstract bronze representation of Mary holding the body of Christ in her lap. Mary wears a long robe and looks down. The body of Christ lays across Mary's lap, his head and arms on her proper right side, his legs hanging over on the proper left. His proper left arm is bent at the elbow and raised up; his proper right arm hangs down to the ground. The sculpture rests on a long, rectangular concrete base.
