Description:
An Indian totem with realistic carvings on the front and back of the pole. On the front, from top to bottom, there is the head of a male Native American, wearing an eagle headdress; a golden eagle with wings outstretched and wrapped around the pole; a peace pipe and a sitting wolf. On the back, there is an eagle headdress and a baby bear hugging an adult bear's legs. On one side of the pole, toward the middle, there is a fox. The totem is carved out of a rooted tree trunk that is located between two Native-American effigy mounds.
