Description:
An abstract swan rests atop a slightly fluted column which is installed in the center of a fountain basin. A ring of water jets is just inside the rim of the fountain basin.

Remarks:
All of the sculpture located at the Edward Bennett Williams Building owned by Collin Equities resulted from a collaboration between artist, architect, developer and owner of the building along with the Washington arts community. Richard Hunt was commissioned in the spring of 1990 to create a central sculpture in the building's plaza , but was soon commissioned to create additional works for the plaza. IAS files contain a small brochure on the sculpture at the Edward Bennett Williams Building.
