    Description: 
    Four-tiered circular fountain with two sets of wide stairs adorned with urns on either side. Within the concrete fountain basin is a smaller circular base adorned with four penguins. The penguins stand on low square bases and water pours out from their bills. The base of each penguin is decorated with a relief image of a cobra. In the center of the circular base adorned with the penguins is a large urn with a smaller urn just above it. Water flows from the small top urn into the larger urn and then into the circular penguin basin.
