    Description: 
    Open sphere made of three intersecting bands with an arrow piercing through the center. Roman numerals appear on the outside and symbols on the inside of the widest band. The sphere rests on a short bell-shaped base which sits on a disk. Around the disk are the signs of the zodiac in relief. The sculpture rests on a round, fluted concrete base.
