Four columns placed in a square at the south end of the building's front plaza. Each column is topped with an abstract form. The four columns are balanced by a small group of trees planted at the other end of the plaza.

All of the sculpture located at the Edward Bennett Williams Building owned by Collin Equities resulted from a collaboration between the artist, architect, developer and owner of the building along with the Washington Art Community. Richard Hunt was commissioned in the spring of 1990 to create a central sculpture in the building's plaza, but was soon commissioned to create additional works for the plaza. IAS files contain a copy of a brochure on the sculpture located at the Edward Bennett Williams Building.
