One of two relief panels on the theme of railroad employment installed in the recessed areas over the entrances to the building. This relief panel depicts a male and female figure working together in a garden. A train chugs along in the background. The male figure is seated on the ground next to a bowl placed on his proper right. In his proper right hand, he holds a trowel just the bowl. His proper left hand is raised up and his palm faces out as he waves at the train going by in the background. The female figure is standing in front of the male and she is looking down at him. In her proper left hand she holds a watering can down at her side. Two tall sunflowers grow up just behind her. She wears an ankle-length dress which is open at the neck. Her hair is pulled back in a bun. The male figure wears a long-sleeved shirt and pants.
