Description:
Generations is a site-specific work set designed to enhance a museum entrance. Work consists of three groupings, each with a lighted plexiglas sphere and pine tree raised progressively higher. Proper left grouping contains a dome set into a landscaped hill; beside it a tree in a granite planter with steps leading to it from central walkway. Central grouping is centered by an empty planter with a tree and plexiglas sphere raised about five feet above ground. Proper right grouping (tree and sphere) stands about 25 feet high. Proper right tree is stainless steel.
