    Description: 
    A standing figure of a Civil War soldier, in uniform, with a cap on his head, holding a rifle vertically. The rifle butt rests on the ground near his proper right foot. He clutches the tip of the barrel in both hands, proper left hand over proper right. He stands at ease and his proper left foot is slightly forward of his proper right foot. He looks down and slightly to the proper right.
