    Description: 
    Tall steel tower (18" pipe), curving at the top and connecting with 3 copper rings. At the base, copper rings surround the tower in a wheel/spoke arrangement. At three points on the outer ring are 2 concrete round disks or wheels. The base of the tower supports the rings and wheels, to keep them form touching the ground.
